Pour Taproom Coming to Downtown
REA is pleased to announce that it represented Asheville-based Pour Taproom (www.pourtaproom.com) in its leasing of 2,245 sq. ft. for a craft beer and wine store at the former Jack Tar Hotel site located at 202 Corcoran Street in downtown Durham. The building is currently under renovation and will also be the home of the Unscripted Hotel. Pour Taproom is expected to open by late spring or early summer 2017. REA brokers Eric J. Miller and Murray Forbes III represented the tenant.
