SVN | Real Estate Associates is thrilled to welcome Robert Hunt to our Commercial Brokerage Team as an Associate Advisor. He brings more than a decade of experience serving property owners, investors, and business operators across the Triangle.

Robert previously built a successful career in residential real estate, developing a strong foundation in market analysis, valuation, and negotiations that now informs his commercial brokerage work.

A graduate of Appalachian State University, he also brings a background in hospitality and operations, reinforcing his client-focused mindset and disciplined approach to execution.

Robert has lived in Durham for more than a decade with his wife and two children and remains actively engaged in the Triangle’s business community.
