Michelle started at SVN | REA in 2020 in the role of Payroll & HR Administrator. As a former small business owner, Michelle has first-hand experience with HR and payroll, among every other facet of running one's own business. She spent approximately 24 years as a licensed insurance agent and owned/operated her own Allstate Agency for more than 20 of those years.
