SVN | REA Welcomes Jeff Schwitzer as New Commercial Property Manager

SVN | Real Estate Associates is excited to announce the hiring of Jeff Schwitzer as a Commercial Property Manager.

Jeff brings more than 20 years of commercial property management experience, with a proven track record of overseeing large portfolios and enhancing day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining SVN, he served as a Senior Property Manager with Olen Properties in Newport Beach, California. In that role, he was responsible for tenant relations, property operations, vendor coordination, and lease analysis. He also led property management teams, managed tenant improvement construction projects, and worked closely with accounting on financial reporting and CAM reconciliations.

Originally from Southern California, Jeff is an avid baseball fan and is excited to join the Triangle community alongside his wife and three children.
